Which insurance companies do you use?

We firmly believe that when it comes to insurance there should be no compromise - only the best will do. So we are proud of our partnership with 2 of the most respected and prestigious Insurers in the world: Allianz Insurance and Zurich Insurance.

What is the excess under Pi-Property Insurance?

Nil excess under our product other than for:

a) £1,000 for subsidence claims

b) £250 for malicious damage if caused by the tenant. Note: other malicious damage claims not caused by the tenant are subject to nil excess.

How quickly are claims paid?

We have a delegated claims authority allowing us to settle claims on insurers behalf up to £5000. On receipt of the repair estimate, we can issue cheques within 24 hours.

How do I obtain a quotation?

How do I arrange cover for a property?

You can either call, fax or email us once we have provided you with a quotation and cover will be placed instantly.

How quickly can I obtain a quotation and go on cover?

Quotes are provided within 24 hours but can be provided more quickly if so required.

Simply placing a property on cover enables you to participate in the many benefits of Pi-Property Insurance.

What remuneration will I receive by arranging insurance through Pi-Property Insurance?
